Who are S&R Miller?

S&R Miller is an independent, family-owned VW Audi Group vehicle specialist based in Standish, near Wigan. We’re renowned all over the north west of England for our expertise, dealer-level equipment, and exceptional customer service, and many of our customers return to us year after year.

What do we do?

We only work on vehicles manufactured by the VW Audi Group: Audi, Cupra, SEAT, Skoda, and Volkswagen. This enables us to invest in VW Group-specific tools, equipment and training, and makes us a true, much more personal alternative to a main dealership. We’re also a Castrol Certified Workshop and accredited to The Motor Ombudsman’s Service & Repair Code of Practice, which is further evidence of the quality of our workmanship and our customer service.

We opened our doors in 2015, determined to offer owners of VW Group vehicles in the north west of England something different, better than the impersonal main dealers who charge a fortune for every last spark plug or headlamp bulb.

We service all models from the VW Group “stable”, including electric and hybrid models, and have invested in the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment (ODIS), enabling us to update OSRs (online service records), carry out software updates and coding, program keys, configure ECUs, and access Audi in Germany online, for security-related functions. We only use genuine manufacturer or OEM parts, Castrol oils and lubricants, and using us for your service won’t invalidate any remaining warranty.
